Nick is a financial remedy specialist with over 25 years’ experience. Nick’s practice is centred upon financial proceedings arising on divorce, Schedule 1 applications and the drafting of both pre and post-nuptial agreements. Nick has been consistently recognised by both Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500 as a Band/Tier 1 practitioner. Whilst Nick’s case load regularly includes asset bases of up to £20m and issues relating to company valuations, liquidity, trusts, inherited assets, third party incomes and significant incomes both within and outside the jurisdiction, he remains equally committed to assisting parties with lower asset bases where there may be complex issues to consider.
