M v F (2026): Represented mother whereby she pushed for the assessment of her child. The child was assessed and found to be neurodiverse. The Judge tailored arrangements to the child’s needs.
M v F (2025): Successfully represented father where mother was found to be engaging in alienating behaviours therefore father hadn’t seen his son in a while. Kiran was able to establish that alienating behaviours occurred and as such, he has been able to reestablish a relationship with his son.
M v F (2025): Represented father whereby mother wanted to relocate the children to Australia. Father expressed concerns about the geographical distance and the difference in time zones and how it will be difficult to maintain a relationship with his children.
