Helen is highly experienced in private children matters and is instructed by both mothers and fathers to both an interim stage and final hearings. M v F (2026): Represented mother on an internal relocation matter. Successful submissions based on best in child’s interest and family support down south.

M v F (2025): Represented a father who accused mother of alienating behaviours. Successfully argued for a change in residence.

M v F (2025): Represented a mother with a neurological disability whereby the father argued that the mother was incapable of looking after the children. After given evidence, Helen managed to successfully argue for a live with order to mum.
