Harry maintains a broad specialist practice dealing with matrimonial finance, schedule 1 Children Act, TOLATA and private children disputes.
Harry’s practice makes him well placed to deal with finance and child arrangement disputes involving both married and unmarried couples.
Harry prides himself on helping parties to find practical and workable solutions that may not be available through traditional litigation.
Harry is routinely instructed in cases involving complex issues for example international relocation, division of business assets often up to 20 million in value and division of the matrimonial home in circumstances where the parties were not married, and the property was a pre-existing asset of one party.
Harry regularly acts for clients in mediations and round table meetings, he is also available to assist as an arbitrator, early neutral evaluator and private FDR judge.

Harry’s practice includes cases where:
· Pension issues of complexity arise
· There is a significant property portfolio
· Dissipation of significant assets is alleged
· Pre and post-nuptial agreements are in issue
· Assets are outside of the jurisdiction
· Family businesses including farms are in issue
· Needs cases where the assets are not sufficient to meet the basic needs of both parties and the children of the family.
Harry is available to assist as counsel or as a “judge”.

· There are unconventional family set ups often with significant geographical distance between the parties.
· Parties cannot agree on the quantum of contact either between themselves or for extended family members
· Specific issues such as schooling, holidays and relocation both within and outside the jurisdiction
· There are allegations of domestic abuse particularly including coercive and controlling behaviour

· Unmarried couples cohabitate both with and without children
· Properties are owned for investment purposes

M v F Represented F who secured a change of residence and no contact order following behaviour perpetrated by M which was found to be alienating the child.
H v W Represented H in a case involving his family business valued in excess of £25 million, of which he was a minority shareholder.
A v R Represented R in a case where A asserted the family home gifted to him by his father should be divided equally despite the parties not being married and having a written agreement to the contrary
