Camilla is instructed in a wide variety of Civil matters, representing and advising both Claimants and Defendants.

Business, Commercial and Property – Camilla is regularly instructed to deal with matters involving commercial and residential property, housing disrepair, landlord and tenant matters, TOLATA, contract disputes, aviation, credit hire and debt recovery.
Personal Injury – Camilla has developed considerable experience in dealing with Personal Injury matters, having worked as a personal injury paralegal and advocate prior to commencing pupillage. She now regularly appears in the County Courts for both Claimants and Defendants and has experience in advising on quantum on complex injury and high value matters.
In all areas, Camilla regularly advises on effective Part 36 and Calderbank offers. Camilla is also regularly instructed to appear in Dispute Resolution Hearings where she works effectively with opponents to reach settlement or to narrow substantive issues.
Camilla also draws on her employment experience where she appears on Judicial Mediations and Dispute Resolution Appointments on behalf of Claimants and Respondents.

C v D (2026) - Instructed by the Defendant on a credit hire Fast Track trial, Camilla succeeded in submissions to disallow optional extras, and lowering the period of vehicle hire and rate. As a result, the Claimant’s losses awarded were reduced by 87.9% from the pleaded case. The significant reduction resulted in the Defendant beating their own Part 36 offer and costs being ordered against the Claimant.
D v C (2025) – Appearing for the Defendant in a Credit Hire Dispute Resolution Hearing, Camilla ensured that the Court gave directions that the Claimant be debarred from relying on impecuniosity at trial.
C v D (2025) – On behalf of the Claimant in a claim under TOLATA, Camilla successfully negotiated an Order for Sale and Occupation Rent.
X v X (2025) – Appearing in a judicial mediation for a claim of harassment related to sex, Camilla negotiated a lucrative settlement for the Claimant.
C v D (2024) – Camilla assisted the Claimant in reaching a settlement of over £70,000 in a complex personal injury matter.
