  • “I instruct members of Broadway on a regular basis on private FDRs and in arbitration – both as advocates and as evaluators.  The number of members of chambers who are qualified to act in an adjudicating capacity means that you have the benefit of a number of choices for the case, ensuring that you can get the right “fit” for the issues to be determined.   The clerking team have always been responsive and accommodating.  The hearings themselves run with ease and if necessary, adjustments are made to ensure that the case is heard in the best way for all parties.  I have instructed on cases where there have been health issues for parties that have been accommodated and have had a private FDR where indication was given on a s.37 application in addition to the substantive outcome, unlocking agreement on the day and avoiding significant costs of a contested s.37 hearing.  The team are at the forefront of my mind when considering NCDR on a case.”

  • "I have used Broadway House both for pFDR and an arbitration. For both, the adjudicator had had the time to read the papers and prepare thoroughly. The comfortable and spacious consulting rooms allow for a less pressured atmosphere and allows the time to settle even the most intractable cases"

  • I have been instructing Broadway House for many years in all family law related matters and have received nothing but an exemplary service. More latterly, I have turned to Broadway House to conduct Private FDR’s, with Counsel from Chambers acting for my client and as the pFDR adjudicator. The process was seamless, the facilities first class, the indication provided was thorough and considered and it would be fair to say that I will turn to Broadway House whenever I need a pFDR adjudicator or Arbitrator.”
